Hello, I'm Elizabeth
I'm a qualified counsellor and a BACP registered therapist, providing professional counselling and psychotherapy for adults, couples, young people and children.
With experience across private, public and corporate settings, I've supported people through many of life's challenges, including anxiety, bereavement, relationship difficulties, stress, low self-esteem and major life transitions. Every client is unique, so I tailor my approach to meet your individual needs.
I believe that taking time to pause and reflect can be the first step towards positive change. I offer a calm, confidential and supportive space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings, gain clarity and develop the confidence to move forward.

Where do I begin?
We begin with the end in mind. You want to feel better than you do now. It's my job to put you at ease, so that you can begin to find words that clarify exactly what you do feel.
You don't even have to do all the talking. I can bring up questions to guide you if that makes it feel more comfortable, and together we can tailor each session to your individual needs.
This is a confidential time and place, and it is absolutely acceptable to say whatever comes to mind, without fear that you will be judged in any way.
